Pillsbury Institute and SHA/CIA Alliance celebrate ten years |
|
Both the collaborative degree program between SHA and the Culinary Institute of America, and the Leland C. and Mary M. Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship, celebrate a milestone anniversary this year.
The SHA/CIA Alliance welcomed alumni and friends to a gathering in NYC earlier this year. The Pillsbury Institute will host a celebration in Statler Hall in November.

On August 24, an earthquake struck central Italy. Nearly 300 people were killed and hundreds more wounded as a result of the devastating 6.2-magnitude quake.
