New Cornell-Nanyang Advanced Management Program
SHA and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore have created Asia’s first hospitality management program for senior industry professionals. In the Cornell-Nanyang Advanced Management Program, high-level executives will work with faculty from both schools to advance their knowledge of hospitality management. The four-week program—held at Cornell’s Ithaca campus and NTU’s Yunnan campus—will focus on critical issues facing Asia’s booming hospitality sector. Latest Cornell Real Estate Market Indices bring good news
The Cornell index of hotel industry real estate shows that both large and small hotels are experiencing positive price momentum, a phenomenon that hasn’t occurred since the 2004 real estate boom. Hotels also continue to trend upwards in terms of repeat sales, according to the quarterly report series published by the Center for Real Estate and Finance.
