Ceriale Foundation Endows New Professorship in Hospitality Human Resources
Hospitality industry veterans John and Melissa Ceriale, through their family foundation, have endowed the John and Melissa Ceriale Professorship of Hospitality Human Resources at SHA. More than 800 alumni, hospitality industry leaders, and friends filled the Waldorf=Astoria New York's grand ballroom on June 7 to celebrate the Hilton family and Hilton Foundation as the Cornell Icons of the Industry and Drew Nieporent '77 as the Cornell Hospitality Innovator. Kirk Kinsell MPS ’80 Named Winner of MMH Outstanding Alumnus Award
S. Kirk Kinsell MPS ’80 has been chosen as the recipient of the 2011 MMH Outstanding Alumnus of the Year Award, presented by the Masters of Management in Hospitality (MMH) program. He will receive the award at the tenth annual MMH Reception on November 13 in New York City. Read more.
QUIS 12 Researchers and Practitioners Hear Top Keynotes and Share Research Findings
QUIS 12, the top-level conference on quality in service, was held at SHA in June under the theme of "advances in service quality, innovation, and excellence."
