Gallup's Entrepreneurial Profile
The Pillsbury Institute provides the opportunity to take Gallup’s Entrepreneurial Profile 10 (EP10) Assessment at no cost to all undergraduate and graduate students in the School of Hotel Administration. New Competition Launched
Lecturer Andrew Quagliata, PhD, worked with the Pillsbury Institute this fall as part of the Faculty Ambassador Program to help organize and launch a new competition for students. This year first place went to Team Doña Nata, a Mexican eatery idea based in Atlanta.
